Who can join Realty Cafe?
Real estate agents, brokers, agencies and channel partners in India. You can join with just your mobile number; adding your RERA number gets you the verified badge and removes the limit on connect requests.
Is my owner's contact safe?
Yes. Other agents see only the locality and a rounded map area. The exact address, flat number and owner's name and phone unlock only for agents whose connect request you accept.
How do credits work?
You get 100 free credits when you join. Posting a listing uses 25 credits. A connect request puts 10 credits on hold and is charged only if the agent accepts; if they decline or don't reply in 7 days, the credits come back.
What is "side by side"?
Each agent charges their own client: the listing agent charges the owner and the co-broker charges the buyer or tenant. Nothing is split. You can also choose to share one brokerage at a percentage you set.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Open app.realtycafe.in on your phone and add it to your home screen. Android and iPhone store apps are on the way.
